1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time, ET, will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are significant delays in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Time and Estimated Delivery

The total time to receive your order is calculated as:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated Shipping Time:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 6–9 business days
Other international destinations: 7–12 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, the total estimated delivery time is usually 7–12 business days, including order processing time and shipping time.

For other international destinations, the total estimated delivery time is usually 8–15 business days, including order processing time and shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, public holidays, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We do not charge additional handling fees or hidden shipping fees.

4. Shipping Methods and Tracking

We work with trusted logistics and fulfillment partners to help ensure reliable delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number, when available. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

5. International Shipping and Customs

We offer international shipping to many countries and regions.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges determined by your local customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country or region.

Jokyjor does not collect or control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Jokyjor is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@jokyjor.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Damaged item
Defective item
Missing item
Incorrect item
Package marked as delivered but not received
Incorrect delivery status

We will review the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped due to an address error or failed delivery caused by the customer.

If the package cannot be reshipped or the customer does not respond, any refund may be issued in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, excluding non-refundable shipping costs where applicable.
